The composite reinforcement manufacturing lines consist of modules for feeding and impregnating roving (fiberglass), its winding, polymerization, cooling and cutting, as well as an automatic coiler of finished products. The main steps of the process include unwinding the fiberglass, impregnating it with a binder in a bath, forming and laying on a rotating winding head, polymerization in a tunnel furnace, water cooling and cutting to a predetermined length.
